I had a wonderful experience , went in for my booster , Malcolm a pharmacy technician was so polite & helpful! Very professional young man ! The pharmacist, I didn't get his name was also very polite & professional. Checking out at the register Nakita was very lovely & helpful ! Very refreshing!

We have been using Rite Aid for years with my daughters long term illness. Everyone is professional, friendly and service oriented. They have provided advice and guidance many times and know our pharmaceutical history. The other day I needed to fill an order for myself and noticed the price was very steep. I asked Jason who was busy at the time about the price. Jason stopped what he was doing and spent the next 5 minutes looking on his personal phone for discounts from the manufacturer for me to apply to the cost. He got the price down by 80%. I called the other day about filling a prescription after my health insurance denied a refill. I didn't even have to say my name on the phone, they recognized me by voice, even after I went to another pharmacy for about a year. I also get my flu shot there, and it's a pretty easy going and painless experience. One of the pharmacy techs went to high school with my sister, so he remembers my family pretty well. Everyone in this pharmacy has a smile on their face. I am overall very pleased with the service. It's not as big as the Walgreens, but it will have just about anything you're looking for.
