I’ve been coming here for 3 years now but today I think was the last straw. I absolutely adore Kim, and it will sadden me to have to find a new nail tech but I won’t give the owner my business anymore. As other reviewers have mentioned management has absolutely no regard for appointments, most of the time you have to wait upwards of 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time to be seen which is disrespectful at best, but today the owner charged me an extra $10 to use my own orly builder in a bottle base coat. The owner gave some ridiculously lame excuse that she was charging me for the “time” which makes absolutely no sense at all and failed to elaborate what she was even referring to. It’s a regular bottle of gel base coat and takes absolutely no extra time for application than any other bottle of gel base coat would be. Charging a customer to apply their own product is beyond outrageous, it’s just a blatant money grab.

I paid $110 for a gelx full set with chrome. Only after two days one nail tip snapped off and they charged me $8 to fix it. For how much my nails cost, nickel and diming me to fix it after only a few days is ridiculous and poor customer service. The nail tech, Sarah, did my nails and the repair, did a nice job but she wasnt friendly and other customers got massages after their service and I did not. I also wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone else because I originally had an appointment for a full set and a pedicure but as I got my hands done, the pedicure chairs filled up with walk ins and there was no way I was gonna wait an additional 30 min when I set an appt. Overall poor customer service and time management. I won't be coming back.

This is my go-to nail salon. They are polite, talented, and hard working professionals. The space is clean and welcoming with reasonable prices.

i was a very loyal customer for almost 3 years but like a similar comment, i would give 5 stars for cindy but 0 for management. there is no point in making an appointment because you have to wait at least 10 minutes on a good day and i even one time waited 45 minutes!!! that was my final straw they need to get it tg or they will continue to lose customers

I absolutely love it here but please stop taking walk ins on the weekends (or at least less!). It makes making appointments useless when the salon is so busy. I don’t *love* the process of getting my nails done so I like to be in and out in under 2 hours, but I end waiting up to 30 mins past my appointment time sometimes. This place gets packed on the weekends as it is.

I came in for a pedicure and to fix two broken nails, and unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. The technician who worked on me completely changed the shape of the two broken nails, but didn’t bother to match them to the rest of my nails. When I asked if she could fix the rest so everything looked even, she was dismissive and said she didn’t know how much it would cost and that it might ruin the polish—yet the shape was already ruined.
There was a clear lack of professionalism and attention to detail. Instead of listening to my request or offering a solution, she made the situation worse. I was charged $16 for a fix that didn’t meet my expectations or the basic standard of matching nail shapes. I’m very disappointed and do not recommend this salon based on my experience.

It’s been a week since my last visit, and it just suddenly came to mind — I literally started booking my next appointment for the week after next and realized I still hadn’t left a review! I’ve been to Nature Balsam Nail & Spa a few times now, and honestly, I’ve loved it every single time. Every nail tech I’ve met here is super skilled and detailed — you can really tell they care about the quality. It’s usually pretty busy (which totally makes sense), because they’re just that good and clearly have lots of regulars. I always get compliments on my nails after coming here, and I love how relaxing the vibe is inside the salon. Everyone’s friendly, professional, and the space is super clean too. Already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and have exclusively seen Cindy, who is amazing. That ended for good today. Pay attention to the other reviews below about not honoring appointment times and overbooking. Lately, through no fault of Cindy, the salon manager has overbooked Cindy requiring her to rush through appointments and do a haphazard job on my nails. I always come in a little later if the salon asks me to, I have patiently waited up to an hour past my appointment time, and have been a loyal customer. To have my nails completely obliterated today due to rushing is unacceptable as a loyal customer. This was my last straw. I walked out and went to another nail salon down the road for them to completely redo my nails. The salon manager’s solution was to ask me to make my appointment for a “less busy day”, despite me making my appointments 4 weeks in advance. Why can’t I make my appointment on a date and time that works for me? Cindy, I’m sorry you’re losing customers due to your bosses’ mismanagement of the salon.
