Horrible. I called at 1030 am to make an appointment for my nephew I asked if they knew how to do a wolf cut. The woman on the phone said to come at 12 but then said hold on then told me the woman who knew how was busy so to come at 230 so I said okay. We show up for our 230 appointment and the woman said I just need to FINISH this customers haircut then I’ll be ready we said great thank you and sat down. 30 mins later still nothing which leads me to believe the lady hadn’t even started the cut on the other customer. We just walked out because no thanks at that point. We won’t be back.

Came here to get my haircut. I’ve taken my kids here for cuts before and never had an issue so I figured I’d come for myself.. big mistake. The lady who cut my hair seemed a little eccentric. She seemed to not know how to cut hair. I asked for my hair cut shorter and layered. She didn’t part my hair at all, she didn’t seperate into sections nothing. All she did was comb and cut and she cut it crooked and uneven. I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed.

So I bring my son in to get a basic hair cut. He asked for pictures of other boy’s styles, they said sorry you gotta do your own online search. So this is new to me when you sit & wait there is always a stylist book to look through. One of the other lady’s came over was acting like we were bothering her when we asked. She rolled her eyes when I said can I help you. These women don’t make you feel welcome at all. I feel bad for my boy because he keeps showing her the style he wants & she looks confused. I should have known Kate screwed his haircut up & said I was to blame for it. She cut his hair to short & didn’t know what she was doing. I gave her another chance because last time she screwed up… my son is in tears never again Kate….

Worst salon I’ve ever been, I went for wash, dry and cut and the girl who wash my hair only washed my hair once and I have to asked her to do it again she was also forgetting to put conditioner, the girl who dry my hair don’t know how to use a blower and absolutely don’t know how to use an flat iron omg every time she was using the flat iron with me I heard how my hair was broken in pieces. Most disgusting job ever.
