My dad, mom, and sister all go here and it's great. The workouts are quick (only 20 mins) and all the machines are set up in an easy loop with a trainer who goes through with you. They also let my toddler and I tag along, and we had a lot of fun. Highly recommend.
Exercise Coach is the best type of workout because it is effective, fun and fast. I feel so much better since I have been going there. I look forward to seeing everyone’s smiling faces. The trainers are kind and give careful attention to everyone. You can tell they really care about their clients. So glad I found this place.
First of all I would like to start off by saying WOW ! I have not in the past looking forward to working out! Now I not only look forward to it at exercise coach Midland park! I totally miss it if I have to travel. The whole team is totally charming, warm, totally caring about my progress, super fun! Create truly fun contests that push us to do better! The flexibility in scheduling super perfect for me! The customer service from the owner Rich and Managers Julia, Kerri and the whole team second to none!
