Awesome gym! The staff is fantastic, the place is spotless, the lighting is perfect, and they offer tanning beds, massage chairs—everything you could want—all at a very affordable monthly membership.

The best retro I've been to New Jersey. Its clean and staff very welcoming they support small businesses so if you have a business they have a board to hang your flyers and business cards on. They're drinks are not overly expensive. If you're in the area come and stop by

really enjoy working out at Retro Fitness in Lincroft. The staff is friendly and helpful, there is a great variety of equipment, and there is a high level of equipment availability at the time I usually go (early morning). My only suggestion is to leave a little more space between machines. For bigger guys like me, squeezing through to use some machines can be a bit difficult. Overall, however, I always leave feeling I had a great workout experience and am ready to start my day feeling great physically and mentally!
