We hired healthy way to put in a basement drain system a few months back. The concrete that the sub contractor poured to replace the basement floor has the strength and consistency of chalk. I can dig large trenches in the concrete with the back of a plastic lighter. The infinite amount of dust and subsequent cleanup makes this entire thing regrettable. Sorry boys I wish it wasn’t the case . Every thing else was fine ..

My intention wasn't to leave a negative review. Due to the defensive responses I received from the owner (Robert) when requested for feedback, I decided to share my experience in order to spare others from having a similar encounter with this company.From the initial phone call, the representative pushed numerous costly tests and kits before they even knew the details of the situation. Despite my clear communication, I felt pressured into purchasing items that were completely unnecessary.After providing your contact information, the company may bombard you with emails discussing various topics such as financing options, feedback requests, expressions of gratitude for considering them, and attempts to understand why you did not choose to proceed further. Feedback that was provided and ultimately brought us to leaving this review.It seems that the company is more focused on implementing a quick fix rather than addressing the root cause of the problem. The proposed solution appears to be a costly band-aid that may temporarily alleviate some symptoms, but does little to actually solve the underlying issues. This approach could potentially lead to further problems down the line if the core problem is not properly addressed. It’s unfortunate that the company doesn’t appear to be genuinely interested in finding a long-term resolution for this matter.Furthermore, when I requested separate quotes for indoor and outdoor remediation, which I was originally told would be provided, I was only offered a singular high-cost solution without any effort towards finding a suitable compromise until insinuating that I will not be moving forward with the company.
