They're normally really good but today was very different. I made an appointment for 12:30 but when I arrived they told me it would be at least an hour wait. She said appointments don't take priority over walk-ins and that I basically just get a spot in line. I made the appointment yesterday! What is the point of even having appointments then? Total waste of time.
Rachel and Bria took amazing care of me, came in with a bad finger laceration and had them perform a difficult stitch.Made sure I was comfortable and well informed on my exit for wound care, thank you so much!
