Been going to Nelly with my daughter since she was 5 she’s now 10 each time I’m always amazed by the beautiful clean job she’s done for us! Besides doing a great job! For kids and adultsShe’s a clean /person inside her salon says it all! Constantly cleaning even before covid so now it’s continuous disinfecting you’ll see her never sits down always cleaning she also check temperature at the door wether You’re fully vaccinated or not and she has mask available if forgot yours at no cost to you. She also only operates by appointment only since covid started so her place is always empty for the clientAnd she’s super friendly!

Generally okay but there is always a language barrier especially if you don't speak/understand Spanish so the tend to barely speak to you and communicating exactly what you want becomes an issue. The owner of the place is pleasant even workers, it is clean.

Love this salon. Went with a friend who has been getting her hair done here for years. My blow out only cost me $25. My hair isn't super long but it also isn't short. I think thats a reasonable price especially since I got the deep condition as well. The staff is extremely friendly. The owner came in and greeted everyone like they were family.
