We had a mold problem in our garage due to an unknown disconnected HVAC duct in the ceiling causing moisture. I suffered with a chronic cough for almost a year, not knowing we had a mold problem in the garage ceiling located under our bedroom. All damage was removed, treated, and repaired. The initial air test after remediation was still showing mold spores in the bedroom. The second test several weeks later shows no mold. My family and I are grateful for a job well done, and can now rest easy knowing we are not breathing in toxic mold!
Highly recommend!! I cannot say enough great things about this company! They are professional, kind, and efficient! We compared against ServPro and went with Affordable Remediation because of the excellent customer service and their deep knowledge of water and mold damage issues. The owner accommodated us on Thanksgiving week because of the damage we had. He always got back to us in a timely manner no matter how urgent or not our questions were. I felt comfortable at home while he and his team worked to remediate our water and mold damage. The issue was not only remediated, but the team took care of providing what we needed for prevention of further issues.
I want to share my experience with the company and say that the boss to the workers were absolutely professional, and they solved my issue quickly and to my satisfaction! No reason to use any other company
