We had our initial evaluation at Hounds Town today, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. The staff took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I fully understood the process, which instantly put me at ease. Most importantly, they made my pup feel safe and comfortable—which means the world to me. I could immediately tell how much they care about the dogs in their care. I have a high energy puppy and was looking for a place to socialize her. I have no experience with any Dog Daycare place, so I wasn't sure what to expect or if my dog would fit in. I was VERY impressed with Hounds Town in Lodi. The employees are really helpful, caring and made me feel comfortable right away. My dog loves going there. I think she would rather live at Hounds Town than at home.

Easy assessment and booking process. They have designated areas for different dog sizes that also provide good amount of space for dogs to play around. Staff are nice and friendly. My dog was tired but happy after coming here for a day. We’ve yet to try their boarding and spa services but their facilities seem nice and well equipped. Definitely coming back to HoundsTown Bergen.
