Let us talk about a stressful closing on a home.During the walk thru the agent Maria Cuccinello turned a switch off which she shouldn't have.Because of this certain lights and central air did not work.In a panic I called an electrician and a HVAC contractor to fix the situation because we couldn't close until this was fixed.To our surprise when they both arrived they noticed the switch was off. After Ms.Cuccinello took credit for the blunder laughingly I informed her that she would be responsible for the bills for the service calls( $198). Never apologizing for her genius move(which she said wasn't her first time) she laughed and said sarcastically send... read full review

Steven Gendel (from this office) was our realtor for purchasing our new home in Livingston. He's incredibly knowledgeable on the market around here, and was more than patient with us as we looked at houses for months, put in offers, etc. The mortgage company that he introduced us to also got us a lower rate than what others were offering at the time. He was always available (or made sure someone else from the office would be) to answer questions and give referrals at every step of the process. Even after we closed, we continue to call him for advice on contractors, and all kinds of other questions.
