Working with Marsha was the best experience all around. At first, I thought that I could sell my property on my own (I must have been out of my mind). When that didn’t work well, I reluctantly decided to work with a Realtor. I was very skeptical about doing this because I wanted to sell my property for nothing less than what I wanted, and did not want to hear anything different. Marsha was an absolute pleasure to work with. She listed our home quickly, and it wasn’t long after that that we had multiple competitive offers come in. Through no fault of her own, it took longer than expected for our home to actually sell — but Marsha never let us become discouraged and she made sure she saw the sale through all the way to the end. Moreover, Marsha clearly has her clients’ best interests at heart. Our situation was somewhat unique in that we (the sellers) were not actually local by the time we were selling our home.
