I had a great experience at Alter Ego Glam House today. Made my appointment with CoCo and was very nervous at first because I have not been to a salon in a long time. She instantly greeted me when I walked in and made me feel at home. She was so sweet and personable. I never once felt uncomfortable. My hair turned out just how I wanted it. I will definitely be a regular customer from this point on.

Feeling fabulous on my birthday vacation all thanks to Alter Ego glam house. I've been getting my hair and nails done here for over 5 years and I always walk away feeling fabulous. Thanks for always accommodating me and bringing my vision In my hair styles and nail design to light.

The only reason I will not give this salon 1 star is because 6 out of 10 nails are still intact. I'm very disappointed about the service and the lack of communication regarding my nails. I was excited to try a black owned salon. I saw the work on Instagram and it looked really nice, there was next day availability and the prices were decent. I booked for a full set with designs for the next day. When I get there, the nail tech asked me what I wanted. I showed her and she got started.
