everyone from the schedulers to techs are top notch! Sarah from operations to Ian and Steve as techs helped us out 3 times in the past month and treated each issue like it was their own house or family, amazing feeling when you have little ones at home and are worried about the now arctic temperatures we live in.
Abe just finished my Heater inspection. Stellitano called me at the beginning of the season but I had a lot going on so this is why my heater inspection was done1/2 way through the heating season. Abe was very thorough and explained to me in detail his recommendations and why he was making them. He answered all my questions. I have their annual service contract which is peace of mind and a great value! I especially like that before your appointment Stellitano texts you the name of the driver and provides a link so you can track the driver coming to your house. Every employee they have sent out is 5 star for their knowledge and customer satisfaction.
