Absolutely fantastic customer service. Quick response to assess my issue and then a very fast appointment to get the leak fixed. It turns out I didn't need a full replacement and Tom was great to relay all his findings. Highly recommend

I recently had my chimney serviced with Assurance chimney Inc, and had such a wonderful experience. Both Tom and Beverly are amazing and very professional. I'm thankful for Beverly for helping to walk me through the process of proper chimney care prior to me purchasing my home. And I'm also grateful to Tom for coming out and taking on the many tasks my chimney needed. It looks amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help with their service.
