I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and have always gotten great service. Today, I took advantage of their $14 Tuesday special and got a great cut from ‘Boha’ (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). Highly recommended.
I got my regular haircut May 17, 2023. I have been coming to the New York Barber Shop for a number of years. The barbers there are friendly, polite, skilled and really know how to cut men's hair. The shop is clean and well maintained. I have been sitting in the same barber's chair for most of my visits and am very satisfied with my haircut. The shop is not too large and has a personal feel to it. The workmanship and pricing make the New York Barber Shop a good value for service.
I don't write many reviews but sometimes you come across a place where you're so happy with it, you have to write about it. See the problem is every time I come here, there's no wait, and I get the pick of barber. They're open 7 days a week for long hours! That really didn't sit right with me. Yes, they're a little hidden and in a town crowded with barbers, but I instantly had a better experience than another place down the street that didn't even want to honor an appt.
