I have to echo all the other reviews and say that Jayson is seriously incredible. we've had our dryer vents cleaned 3 times before, but nothing even close to this kind of service. We called Jayson to fix a recently (badly) installed dryer duct. Not only did he do an amazing job cleaning our dryer (which we did not expect but apparently is just part of the job to him) and fixing the poorly installed air duct, he also correctly diagnosed a mechanical issue with our dryer, noticed that the recently installed new gas line hadn't been done correctly, and then called in a personal favor to get a professional out to fix it same day. This is a no brainer. Living in NR and never cleaning my dryer vent I went searching. I found these guys. All I can say is I will refer them, I will recommend them, I will be using them again. Total professional all the way through. Cleanliness A plus plus.
Jason did an excellent job cleaning our vents. He was thorough, efficient and extra helpful. He went out of his way to explain some other issues we had, and how to solve them. He even responded quickly to following up text questions. Jason is very knowledgeable on a number of home issues and I highly recommend him.
