They overcharged. They will say a price and then once the job it’s done which takes 5 minutes will double up the price. Don’t be fooled I paid 800$ to have my door open how is that possible.

I called for service and the gentleman in the gentleman on the phone sounded irritated and rushed - he put me on hold in mid sentence as I was asking him a question. That’s no way to run a business. I hope that guy gets training!

The aftermarket keyfob that they made for my car randomly starts my car and unlocks the doors without me pushing any buttons or doing anything, often times when I am walking away from the car. I have called them dozens of times over the last two weeks and they have only answered twice. Both times they said the technician who created the keyfob would reach out to me to get the issue corrected but I still have never been contacted. They did not seem concerned at all and have done no follow up with me. I would not have them create a keyfob for your car.

Had many technicians come to the door, however Isaac was the best. He was very professional, knowledgeable and easily resolved my issue. They call him the master and he sure is.
