Komal is a wonderful teacher. I'm always grateful for the opportunity to attend her classes. She has a kind and calming presence and is attentive to her students, giving us feedback to maintain proper form and alignment. I've also enjoyed attending her reiki workshops. This yoga studio is a unique and invaluable resource to the Journal Square community. I highly recommend taking advantage of it.
I’d never taken a yoga class before, and this was the perfect first experience. The instructor Komal was very attentive, helping me learn the poses and guiding my wife to improve her practice. We both really enjoyed it.
I've been to several yoga studios in Jersey City and Roots is my favorite one, by far. I leave each class feeling rejuvenated and calm. Komal is an excellent yoga instructor and a kind person. It is immediately apparent how authentic, passionate and knowledgeable she is about what she does. I'd highly recommend anyone to take a class at Roots Yoga.
