Ceci has a hand of magic that no one else does! She takes her time in doing what she loves. I couldn’t be more happy with my hair. She makes her salon feel like home and she’s so welcoming to her clients. I knew her for all my life and I could truly say she’s the top ten BEST salon. Look how shiny and beautiful my hair is. Ceci is Amazing! I’ve been going to Ceci to do my hair for over a decade now, before this salon opened. I only trust Ceci with my hair and my daughter’s hair. Beautiful person, honest, and caring!!!
