We had an emergency when the hot water heater was leaking. They came right away, stopped the leak, cleaned the mess and installed a new system the same day. They were very pleasant to deal with, and the price was great. I would use them for any of my plumbing and heating problems.

Kook and Son was recommended to me by my management company because I had a leak in my tub leaking into the unit below. They were really fast and were able to fix it back in October. I then also had them give me a quote and replace my old boiler in April. The plumbers were very fast and efficient and very neat and cleaned up my space nicely before they left. I'm very satisfied with the services they have provided both times and will reach out again if anything else comes up.

They did a fantastic job after scheduling and work failed for both AJ Perri and Gold Medal Plumbing. They prioritized the work, given their was no heat in the apartment. They didn't complain or reject the service because a washing machine had to be moved or because I couldn't reserve parking in front of the building, like AJ Perri and Gold Medal Plumbing had. They had everything fixed quickly. Thanks again!
