Best compassionate Dr. With excellent bedside manners, and thorough outstanding medical knowledge (DR. RONAK CHINAI). Medical staff character, professionalism, and concern for patients, simply exuberant. Exilerating experience to b a patient and/or client there.

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. Chinai, who seemed disinterested in my health care journey (started putting more priority in getting more proactive with my own health, as I'm watching my parents struggle in their later years), and rushed through my bloodwork review in a tele-consult (my choice) that didn't even run 5 whole minutes (4m 39s in my iPhone's call log).Neither he nor the staff can be bothered to interact with the numerous messages I'd send sent them via the My Chart portal, which the office uses for patient communications. I also found that I could never get through via phone, leaving only in-person office visits to address my billing problems (though, for some reason, they totally answered the phone today while I was talking to them in person)... honestly, interacting with them is simply very frustrating.When I had attempted to complain about my inability to reach them via phone and My Chart portal, they had informed me that they were too understaffed to engage via the portal messages, though I couldn't help but notice that the place was empty and there were three admins just punting around behind the desk at the time this conversation was happening.In any case, even if I take their word at face value that the "fault" lay with the staffing decisions beyond their pay grade, I can only describe my experience with both the doctor and the office's support staff as frustratingly disappointing.

I been going here for years. I've never had an issue. Dont what all these one star reviews are for. I've always been treat nice by the front desk staff and had except check ups and appointments with Dr. Chinai. I truly trust them with all my medical needs.

Terrible front staff. This review is primarily for the two office staff ladies I believe they were Hispanic or something. They were just incredibly rude and unhelpful. The only helpful one was the asian filipina. Dr chinai was great. They need to fire the front office staff and get better ones.
