Really glad I found this place. Most gyms chase sweat and hype; The Fit Lab focuses on discipline. They care about how you move, how you lift, and coach you on building strength that actually lasts. No ego, no sloppy reps — just smart, consistent training that makes you harder to break over time. The trainers are all fantastic and true practitioners in their field. Best gym in Hoboken, hands down.

I decided to try The Fit Lab’s personal and small group training sessions last year when I was feeling in a bit of a rut and bored with my usual workouts. I was immediately impressed with the level of attention offered by the coaches to create and adapt training programs depending on your individual goals and levels. I love the fact that I can show up after a long work day and not have to think about what I’m going to do at the gym—the coaches do the planning and thinking for you so you can get the most out of every session. If you're looking to get into better shape and build strength, look no further than Fit Lab in Hoboken. The Fit Lab team is extremely knowledgeable and great at coaching. Each program is personally tailored and well paced to help achieve your goals and prevent burn out. They also have a great community of members where everyone feels welcome. Easy 5 stars - could not recommend more!
