Steve was beyond helpful and was extremely responsive. Other plumbers I contacted were not able to fix our problem but Steve, after sending a few photos, was not only able to diagnose the problem but came same day to fix it. Highly recommend.Service: Faucet repair

I have used a number of different plumbers in the over 30 years we have been in Hoboken. None have been more reliable or easier to deal with than S & B. They show up when they say they will, usually in a very timely fashion, and just get the job done. They have contacts for other people who can do things they can't who also answer and respond quickly. They are great at figuring out what is wrong -- not always obvious -- and coming up with a quick solution. We have had them come in the middle of winter when we were out of heat, and recently when water was pouring from the second to the first floor and no one could figure out why. Steve is great!

Have used them twice in the past year+. They are very responsive and performed the work very professionally. Costs were also inline with expectations. They are my go to moving forward!
