I had an appointment today and from the moment I walked in the door the staff member at the front desk and the staff member who assisted Dr. Janine Zolty during my appointment were welcoming, attentive, kind and friendly. Dr. Janine Zolty made me feel truly heard and understood. She was warm, compassionate, caring and empathetic. I am so grateful to everyone in the office today for taking such wonderful care of me.
