Took my daughter to Craft and Theory for her first haircut and the staff was incredibly kind and made the experience wonderful for her! They went above and beyond my expectations and even braided our daughter’s hair at the end. Will definitely come back in the future

My daughter has autism and Spencer was WONDERFUL with her. She hates noise, has sensory issues and does not like getting her hair cut. Spencer was so gentle with her and made her very comfortable. He misted her hair with water instead of having it washed because she protested and did not want her hair washed. He did a spectacular job and she looks adorable.
