Luke T. was our service technician for a toilet back-up. Turned out to be more complicated and he walked us through the situation, ran several tests, and resolved the issue and made recommendations on how to ensure we don't have this happen again. All around great guy who knows his job.

Our furnace shut down on Friday night and we woke up to a very cold house on Saturday. I called Fras-Air on Sunday afternoon and they sent a tech o er and had the furnace repaired by 5 PM. And the price was reasonable. Very satisfied customer!

Jason A was amazing. Our hot water tank suddenly started leaking and needed to replaced (cracked inner tank), He was here within an hour and was able to install a new water heater the same day. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, and I felt confident he stood behind his work. He is an asset to the Fra-Air team.
