I had such a great experience with Hailey! She is incredibly gentle and makes the entire process as comfortable as possible. You can tell she really knows what she’s doing and takes her time to make sure everything is done perfectly.
What I appreciated most is how easy she is to talk to—she keeps the conversation flowing, which honestly makes the appointment go by so much faster and takes your mind off everything. Her professionalism and friendly energy make a huge difference.

UPDATE!!! While Jaharia was amazing! I think Sam is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL for canceling appointments DAY OF and the Hillsborough location deserves 0 stars for being unable to reschedule with a different person.
