I cannot believe that this place is still in business after experiencing how they run their practice. I had follow up questions after my brief appointment and it took nine days of me calling them (or really, their call center since they do not provide anyone with their actual office number - they even went so far as to finally call me back from a BLOCKED NUMBER) to finally get a response. I should not have to hound some faceless person over the phone to get my provider to return my phone call to answer a few questions I had after being basically shooed out of the office without taking the time to answer my questions then and there. This experience was so dreadful and unnecessarily stressful, I cannot convey how displeased I am.
