Very thorough, easy to talk to, and he found and fixed a few fireplace and flue issues we had been dealing with since we moved in. We had to replace our full metal fireplace and chimney system because of water damage, and after getting three estimates, this chimney sweep company stood out right away. Troy did the most complete inspection, carefully checked the flue and firebox area, and explained in simple terms what had failed, why the moisture damage happened, and what repairs were needed to make the chimney safe again.
