Mason's Dry Cleaners

I have been going to Mason's for dry cleaning for the past three years. The service was superb but in the past year something has changed with the service. The first two years were superb as in I could trust my clothes would come back perfectly. However, in the past year, they have ruined two of my garments. One was shrunk beyond wearability and the other came back with a stretched neckline. When I called to them, they asked for me to come in so they could make it right. In person, they proceeded to argue with me that these were issues from the clothes manufacturer, and they couldn't do anything to help me. They always do a great job with my pieces and make accommodations for pick up based on when they are needed, which is greatly appreciated. There has been more than one occasion where I've needed something done last minute and they're always super gracious. Pricing is a little high but not bad...personally, I don't mind paying when I know the job is getting done right the first time.

I had a suit that was stained during travel thanks to a United Airlines mishap (a different review for another day). I arrived in NJ on Friday morning and needed the suit sorted by Saturday morning at 11a. Every place I called said they were 'done' dry cleaning for the week except for Mason's. I showed up at 4pm on Friday and explained my situation and not only was the stain removed by 11a the next day (Saturday) but the price I had to pay was minimal considering how little time their was to perform the service. You saved my suit and for this I am eternally grateful! MANY thanks, HIGHLY recommend.
