It is one thing to have to work through the pain of trying to get back a portion of your body's functionality to where it used to be or better and have to depend on people that have no idea what your going through. At 3 Dimensional Physical Therapy that has never been a problem. All their therapists are of the highest caliber in the field. While no one wants to go to physical therapy, this is the place you want to go for PT.
Kristen is amazing. She took the time to get to know me and my goals and designed an exercise routine to meet those goals. While PT is a slow process, I made progress every week. Kristen listened to my concerns and designed exercises to ensure I can do the activities I need to do with my grandchildren. She is very flexible in designing a routine that works for me. She even allowed me to tweak some of the exercises to better suite me. You get to know everyone in the building, and they get to know you.
