I dropped my two border collies off recently to see Heather and to say that I am pleased with the result is an understatement! Heather paid such close attention to all the little details and my boys look so happy, shiny, and fluffy. We have been to 2 groomers and 2 vets before, all who have tried to clip their nails, with no success. Heather got all their nails with no issue! She was timely with booking me in, worked quickly on my boys, and they loved their time with her. I recommend her 100% and am so happy to have found my new groomer!

Not only does Heather love dogs, but more importantly, she KNOWS dogs. She is a true professional - 1st appointment she listened to what I wanted to have done to my young dog (or thought I wanted to have done...) - and she gave me her recommendations on what she felt needed to be/should be done and her 'whys'. That's the direct approach and seasoned knowledge I appreciate when looking for any type of service. Theo can't stop following her around when he sees her, and I trust her completely with him - we are both fans. Top-notch service.

I've been bringing Lilly to Heather for years. Lilly can be skittish, but she wags her tail as soon as she sees Heather and is always a happy dog with her. Heather does a great job - Lilly is a border collie - with tons of fur and undercoat - and she is just so fluffy and clean and happy afterwards. And, she looks even cuter after Heather is finished - which is saying a lot, since she's already the cutest dog ever!
