I originally contacted Kerry who sent Stacy to me to sign up with bright star.Stacy was the most wonderful, sweet, friendly and caring person that I have ever met. Then we want on to Janine. I told her exactly what I was looking for. She hit the nail on the head. She sent me a perfect caregiver for me and I was pleased from the minute. The person walked in the front door. Kudos to Bright *star for being the perfect place to find a caregiver. Edie Dickes.

I reached out to BrightStar after other agencies kept promising me what I was looking for but not being able to find someone. When I spoke to Linda at BrightStar she was honest and told me I was looking for too little time. We discussed options and that week had the paperwork finished and our aide. The agency checks in weekly. I would definitely recommend them.
