It was time to say goodbye to our beloved cat of 16 year's and the staff was so wonderful with us. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism during such a difficult time.

This Animal Hospital took my cat, Snickers, in when I needed a new vet after moving to the Poconos. They were my best option to get him in sooner than later when he suddenly wasn't doing well. They took great care of Snickers and, unfortunately, he had to be put to sleep recently. Today I just got him back from being cremated and I can't say enough how much I appreciate their love and care for Snickers, alive and gone. I'm sure they provide the same level of care to all animals who come to this hospital. I wholeheartedly recommend this vet. The same recommendation to the crematory, Abbey Glen, who handled the cremation with utmost respect and care.
I switched practices and I cannot say enough wonderful things. Everyone greeted us so nicely. Made both of my dogs feel very comfortable. Dr. Grau was absolutely amazing. She actually gets down on the floor with the dogs!! She did not push for vaccines that really are not needed. Thank you so much for making Elvis and Thor feel at ease.
