Listen men.. if you want a great a beard trim, ask for Trisha. She cuts my beard better than guys do. Outstanding.

Just took my kids here for back to school cuts. 2 hair cuts, $50. Tell me why I clicked the lowest tip option, which was 16%, and it charged me $16 and not $8 like It should've been. Is that even legal??! Wonder how many people have been scammed by this system. Paid $66 and I had to fix both of my kids haircuts at home bc there were many areas of missed hair.

In the app I was 1st in line but when I entered the store the girl took another costumer and told him "it's ok". Then my time from 1 minutes went to 20 minutes and I ask her why? She told me that I just took this costumer now so I have to wait. I wasted my time on this store. Never again!

Can I give less than 1? VIP experience for $31.00??? No hot towel, no neck massage, no shampoo wash and a stylist if you can call her that was in a hurry and rude. Don't go here. I was very disappointed and I should have listened to everyone who told me they are terrible! Lousy haircut!!!

Not too impressed with this place.... The girl with partial blue hair just sniffed her nose constantly while cutting my hair. Very uneven cut...no attention to detail or quality.

Michaela is absolutely fabulous at what she does. She not only cuts my hair, but she cuts my children’s and husband’s hair exactly how they want it (which is ever changing). She is always pleasant and extremely talented, as well as efficient. We won’t go anywhere else.
