Dr Prashant A. Patel accepts payment from insurance companies through MedLogix to terminate the health care coverage for chronic pain patients. He misrepresents his "examination" of the patient and presents false information concerning the patient's medical history. He shows zero compassion in instructing the insurance company to terminate any further care for chronic pain treatment.

God thank you for give us doctor Patel. After 20 doctor he was the only one who fix my back pain. Most profesional and knowledge doctor ever seen in USA.

Well this place has an odd way of conducting business. They never pick up.the phone. when it does voicemail Ask you to leave a message. Someone rude who. Calls herself office manager. Calls back and gets upset when I questioned her on why I didnt receive a apt reminder. Like every professional practice has. I send them medical records. They didnt email confirm. Speaking on the phone about personal medical records that were emailed IS NOT CONFIRMATION. SIMPLETON you need costumer service training. I'm a medical patient in extreme pain. Your a pain management office. Realize where you work and who you are helping. This is the worst experience. Ever. When I try to call she continues to pick u . And yell you need to hire more professional people who are not miserable in their job. What a shame I cant leave 0 starts. Be aware of this place.

I received a call back with 30 minutes of leaving a message. Was able to make an appointment for 2 days later. I find Dr. Patel pleasant and caring. He has helped with my pain management immensely. His office staff are courteous and friendly.

Horrible experience. I left 5 messages over the course of a week . Never got a call back. When I finally got the receptionist on the phone she was rude and unprofessional. The doctor can not look you in the eye and has horrible bedside manner. Look elsewhere for a good doctor

I am always pleased with the level of care I receive from Dr. Patel. He is thorough, knowledgeable & a very skilled doctor. When I leave messages, calls are returned promptly. His front desk person is very helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel.

Dr. Patel is a very kind and thorough doctor. I have absolute confidence in him. He was able to do something right on the spot that another doctor had me go to a hospital to perform. He is expedient and careful. He cares about his patients and he genuinely wants them to feel better.
