I was referred by my Primary care physician, that I would need an Xray to properly diagnose the intense pain in my right knee, which has been on going for about ten days, which seems to be a torn ligament, and would need some physical attention...I called on a Saturday mid-morning, asking to Please accommodate my need for just that, with the explanation that it would be greatly appreciated if I could get it done "stat" or what I learned by another term of "wet", thou it was a Saturday weekend, and there were no tech's in two other locations on the weekend, but the Fairlawn location does have one present, and they would take me in right away if I could get there...I was about thirty minutes away, and I made my way there with no problems...I had a very difficult time trying to walk, but I managed to get into the facility...the staff noticed that I was having a very hard time, and before I could enter the building, they came out to assist me in entering, and seating me in a very clean, comfortable seat, and offered me a refreshment several times, while I filled out the necessary forms with my information...I noticed that the six or more employees there were in total control with every one, and there were eight or ten waiting for attention, which they had no problems accommodating them all, with each and every one...they were all very quick and thorough, and every thing was made very simple and easy...once I was finished with all the forms, they stated that it would only be a few minutes more to be taken care of with the needed x-rays, and it was only a couple of minutes that turned out to be true....the whole short time, one staff member was concerned about my pain and comfort, and continued to do for me, what was ever necessary to help with my anguish, making it a whole lot less to satisfy my painful needs!...there were several staff members, maybe six or eight, and they were ALL very compassionate, concerned, organized, comforting, efficient, friendly, and above all professional in every way!...I truly want to Thank ALL for this wonderful experience, and I hope they stay as good as they are, which is a blessing, compared to OTHER facilities...Once again, I want to Thank every one for the help that was given....Thank You and GOD Bless!...You have my referral at all times!....I rest my case...JSL
