Thank you, thank you thank you!! After having my knee replacement surgery, I developed muscle tightness. I could barely walk nor sleep. I needed to take pain medication that I did not need to take even after my surgery. The muscle tightness was hindering my recovery. I went to see Diane and left with minimal pain! I had sciatica pain for 2 months. I tried everything to get the pain gone. I found out about Diane and her treatment. Lets just say she is amazing. She showed me and explained stretching and how her treatment works. After the amazing relaxing massage, I was able to walk out of her office with no pain. I highly recommend a visit with Diane.

I am so happy I was able to connect with Diane one day at Sola Salon in Midland Park. Her sign “Get the Knots Out” caught my attention since I had been suffering with sciatic nerve problems for about 18 months. As we spoke I could sense she was caring and very knowledgeable about the body and healing through massage. I found out she is a licensed therapist so I decided to book an appointment. Best decision! My pain after 4 months is greatly reduced. Diane takes the time to listen before working on areas that are sore. She also teaches stretching exercises to do in between massage sessions that alleviate pain and help the body heal. I have found the stretches I do before bedtime relax me and I’m sleeping better. I highly recommend Diane if you are looking for someone who’s going to make a real difference in the way you feel.

I was referred to Diane by a friend when dealing with very painful sciatic nerve problem. Her knowledge of anatomy and skill as a massage therapist, was a perfect remedy for me. I am now pain free after several sessions and continue the exercises she instructed me to do at home. I will continue my sessions in order to maintain my overall health. She is truly a talented and caring person. I recommend her highly.

I’ve known Diane Cherico for a year, and she has completely transformed how I manage my headaches. After just one session, she taught me techniques that target the root of my pain. A quick story— I was driving home once with an intense headache that was so bad I almost had to pull over. I remembered one of the stretches Diane showed me, and the relief was instant!
