As a son, it was quite hard to get my father to get onboard with a caregiver. He was quite resistant to change. Things changed when we hired Always There. The owner came out and met with my dad for an assessment, and within a day we had a caregiver helping dad out. It's been nothing but helpful and we're so grateful for Always There.

After mom’s 70th birthday, we all started to notice that her memory was starting to slip. Very soon we realized that it wasn’t just old age and that we were going to need help. The good news was that my parents had bought long term care insurance years ago and my mother’s care would be taken care of by the insurance.
