I purchased a package and now I had 3 sessions left and the phones are disconnected and taking you to some shady sales phone number, website is not valid now. What a shame that the management allowed this to happen, you have left customers and your employees left with unanswered questions. This is no way to run a business I hope you dont open another massage place because you are doing a disservice to the clientele seeking medical massages post procedure.
Side note: the actual massages were great and the masseuses were very knowledgeable. Just poor ownership.

BE AWARE, the old owner or old employees of this place is scamming the crap out of anyone! When I showed up to my appointment, no one was there and even the inside looked half cleared out. There was another customer with me waiting and they said just like me they already paid and then got messages that the appointment was cancelled. I even had to file a police report, because they took $800 from me and multiple people are being scammed currently. BE EXTRA CAREFUL with whoever you speak with and under no circumstances do not give any credit card info. The exact number on here is the one I used to book the appointment so please be aware!!!

The place is really beautiful the owner has a 10/10 personality and staff is very friendly for $72 I could have massaged my face at home. I didn’t see no lymphatic difference at all I was expecting something better honestly very disappointed. Wouldn’t come back wouldn’t recommend sorry

I am so lucky that I found Fabsilhouette when I needed post surgery lymphatic massages. I first came to them in 2021 and Anita was amazing, so sweet, makes you feel comfortable and her hands our magic. Since first coming to them I have been back in 2023 post surgery and again right now. All the massage therapist are exceptional and I’m happy to go every time and my body feels so much better after each session. I honestly can’t say enough great things about them. I have used them three times now and although I hope this is my last surgery, I would be right back here if not. I absolutely wouldn’t go elsewhere. Plus they offer many other services that are beneficial. Definitely book your post op massages here!!!

I can’t recommend Anita and her staff enough. She is truly amazing! I came to her stressed and confused, she eased my anxiety and answered all my questions with patience and care. Anita not only educated me but made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. And the massages, Absolutely essential for recovery

I came to FabSilhouette for my post op lymphatic massages and these ladies were all Fabulous. They treat you with the upmost care and are super friendly. I highly recommend FabSilhouette.

Women at the front desk was very rude and unwelcoming to my mom who first language isn’t English and finds it normal to take her personal anger issues out on her clients. She tried to convince my mom the time of her appointment had passed even though she showed up 25 minutes early and had a confirmation text of the time of the appointment. My mom had prepaid online but would have left on the spot if she hadn’t. Give your money to people who deserve it not those who will make you uncomfortable and yell at you for no reason.
The fact that you are lying throughout the entire reply does not surprise me. First appointment she walked in 15 minutes early and the second time five minutes early. I had a confirmation message both times saying which time the appointment was. Try again. On top of the horrific customer service you find it appropriate to make up stories. Shows people everything they need to know about you. Because my mom prepaid for the service you tried to give your mom and break and have her not do the service. Try not to take advantage of any more non native English speakers.
