That's terrible service. I have a pregnant relative who has a doctor's office. They change her appointment an hour early. When she complains, there's a girl in front of her who mocks her, reversing what my relative tells her. What service is good for people, and worse, for pregnant women. It's disrespectful to repeat what the other person is saying, laughing.

My mom went here with a stroke and they tried giving her insulin when her blood sugar was normal. This place almost killed my mom and the only reason they didn't is because she has advanced medical training. This hospital's management should be thrown in jail ASAP

I had to change my son's pediatrician, because there were never appointments available for when his check-ups were due, the girl who gave me the appointment did it wrong then offered me an appointment to fix it and weeks later they called me to tell me that the appointment was double scheduled with someone else, and they offered me an appointment for almost 4 months later, there is no point in complaining to the manager because he always defends the incompetence of his team and makes up ridiculous excuses that are irrelevant. And the customer service email is useless, they do nothing. Don't waste your time and go to a clinic where they don't disrespect your intelligence and your time.

-⭐️ worthy of this Sanitas de Elizabeth is a disorder, lack of respect for the patient, they do not care if you are in a hurry to see the Dr. After Dr Esquijarosa left, that will never be the same or anything that resembles him, there are never appointments and when you get it for 1 month or a month and a half, at the time when you are supposed to see the doctor, they cancel it and not for 1 or 2 days, but for another month or month and a half because there is nothing else or they tell you You can call another branch so they can store you without knowing if I can get there or what ? I really hope they don't have to close their doors due to lack of customer service and that they know that thanks to us they receive their salary and I know that no one cares But what happened to me is a lack of respect and that's why I tell you there are more Drs with responsibility and respect towards us patients and it's no wonder that all the Drs are gone little by little and those young women who are always bitter will continue to find better things. with a c...o face, like someone is going to ask him, they are all disrespectful

I called today, Tuesday July 2, 2024 at 12pm. I was told to hold. I hold close to 16 minutes and then I heard a disconnection. I called again and someone said “please hold”. Sanitas have to hired more people if they are short off staff. Or let one know when is the best time to call, if most of the staff are out on lunch. They should have a system in place that will return our calls when we be next on line.

The customer service at this office has declined significantly in the last few years. While they have a good pediatrician, scheduling an appointment is not worth the hassle. The doctors are frequently replaced so you never see the same one for more than a year. If your child is sick, they will advise you to take them to the hospital or their urgent care in Belleville. If you call for a follow-up after a hospital visit, they will schedule you for weeks later, always claiming to be fully booked for the entire month. The adult department is no different- previously, you could call the office to schedule an appointment, but now you have to speak to the call center, and they will call you back in 48hrs to schedule an appointment, only if you insist on following up. When you are fortunate enough to reach someone from the office, they won’t schedule an appointment for you either. Instead, they will pass on the message to a care coordinator who will then also have 48hrs to call you back. Whether you contact the office or the call center, the lack of customer service and miscommunication is unacceptable. The office manager Gabriel will blame the call center and try to excuse his office staff when they lie on the chart about calling back. Despite the fact that the same employee admitted that she did not call back and the first time she was speaking to me was two days after when I called back to follow up. Good doctors bad customer service! Ridiculous long waiting periods to schedule an appointment and a manager who will blame the patient instead of taking accountability for his staff.

Horrible place poor customer service! I’ve been calling for 2 months to get an appointment and no one ever call you back. You can’t call the office directly you have to call a call center that just takes your number and nothing happens!
