The super arrogant manicurist looks you up and down as if she were doing you a favor by serving you. When scheduling, I asked the owner for a GEL STRETCH. She said that they did FIBER STRETCHING, which lasts for hours, but that the manicurist would have a tip to apply between the layers of gel that would act as a stretcher.

We lived here in 3 bdr apartment for 2 years. It is a beautiful & spacious apartment. In 2 years, I just had 2-3 issues with flush & washer/dryer which were fixed promptly. Has all the modern facilities with covered parking (garage). Corridors, alley-way and elevators are kept clean & scented. Our apartment was facing railway tracks which took little time to getting used to. My only reservation is not able to pay rent online & having to do it manually.

I’ve been renting here for about a year now & really love this building. The layouts are very spacious. You really get your money’s worth. Full service building with friendly and helpful staff. I plan on renewing for an additional year.
