After calling 8 times, sending 5 emails and adding 4 messages to my chart, I decided to leave a review. My insurance needed the office to call them to make my prescription valid for a year. I started the conversation with the call center which transferred me to the Edgewater office 25 days ago. Obviously ran out of medication and I’m still waiting. This is beyond a joke and I hope that a manager will eventually call me. It’s too bad because I actually like my GP there but in terms of follow-up, they are the worst. I also had 2 MRIs and no one ever called me to give me my results. I ended up bringing the dvd to a pain specialist who gave my results. This is not normal....read full review

Since switching to Optum you have to wait a week or more to see your physician even if you are sick. And no, don’t go to urgent care because they don’t even look at your chart or have a clue about your existing conditions.

Dr Atoot saved my life. He could see I didn’t look right. He did blood tests and I was treated immediately. Dr Atoots findings led to a much needed heart valve surgery. So much more I can say. He knows his stuff & is so caring. I have about a dozen Drs for other ongoing specific illnesses. I know what I’m talking about. Staff is the best too!!!
