Victor and his team did an excellent job repairing a complicated leak in our almost century-old house. They were neat and efficient on a long job, and explained their results clearly. Victor returned to finish cleaning up this morning with A+ work.

From start to finish, Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. He took the time to explain the system, answer all our questions, and ensure that everything was installed to code and functioning perfectly. The workmanship was clean, precise, and clearly done with care. Chris even made sure the surrounding area was left spotless after the job. The team sent by Russo Bros to remove our old A/C and install the new system were top notch. Courteous, knowledgeable, willing to explain where needed, clean and thorough. It was a very hot day (especially in the attic) and these professionals were able to complete the job timely while being aware to take care of themselves given the conditions. Truly a great team.
