The doctors are professional, caring, and take the time to explain medical issues and solutions clearly. One doctor is highly experienced, known as one of the best urologists in NJ, and is attentive to patient needs, even calling to inform about new treatments. While the doctor is excellent, some patients find the receptionist could be more friendly and helpful. Overall, the practice provides compassionate care, with doctors who listen and prioritize patient concerns, making it a highly recommended medical facility.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Mandal for about 10 years now. Even after she joined Hackensack Meridian and moved to a new location that’s an hour away, my husband and I chose to stay with her because she is truly worth the drive.
Dr. Mandal treats her patients with compassion and takes the time to really listen. She doesn’t immediately refer you to a specialist, she evaluates your concerns, treats what she can, and discusses different options so you can be involved in your care. Her expertise in women’s health is also a huge plus.
She’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about her patients. Dr. Mandal is simply the best!
Dr. Mandal has been my primary care doctor for several years, and I always feel heard and supported by her. She takes the time to listen and helps me talk through my symptoms. Her referrals to other specialists have connected me with other caring clinicians. Dr. Mandal is very compassionate and has a warm, calming presence. I also love that she’s out in the community providing health education to improve the quality of care for women in midlife. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Mandal is great doctor. She listens to you, takes her time with you, comes up with the best plan possible for whatever you're going through, and is compassionate. I have moved down to Brick, NJ, and still drive up to see Dr. Mandal. She's truly fantastic!
