Staff always Amazing .. Nurses and Doctors always helpful .. They get you in and out not like other urgent cares where the staff are talking and fooling around ....very clean And my favorite place to go if I'm not feeling well.
The office was super clean! The set -up was really great with keeping up with social distancing. The front desk was sterile and robotics. The front desk lacked any sorts of emotions .
Did not say good morning or cared to ve bothered! They were professional but a smile wouldn't hurt! Hey, how about looking ike you enjoy your job! Nurse and doctors was absolutely a pleasure! Maybe some compassionate and empathy plus interest should be taught to your front desk! Other than that everyone was awesome!!
My experience with the urgent care when I went in excruciating pain last week Wednesday, was a great experience. I was taken care of, assisted, listened to, guided when it came to insurance difficulties, and more importantly I felt heard. Most urgent clinics are in & out with not much consideration to the patient but I did not feel that way at all! And to top it, I felt like I was in and out and then to get a call the next day with my results was the cherry on the cake of the excellence that I felt attending Atlantic Health Urgent Care of East Brunswick.
