The Chiropractors are fantastic! I was in the process of training for a half marathon and started to experience pain in my knees and ankles. This made running very difficult and painful. The Doctors explained to me why I was having a problem and I immediately began treatment. I also was told what to do at home to maximize my recovery. Well, the marathon was great and I had no pain. No shin splints, no ankle pain, no pain at all. I am now on a maintenance program to keep me strong and healthy!
The Chiropractors really have helped to keep me pain-free. I can do all the things that I enjoy - working out at the gym, hiking, kayaking and biking. It's great to be able to maximize my energy. If I experience an injury, I call and come in right away. The chiropractors work their magic.
