David and his team did an outstanding job cleaning the tile and grout in my kitchen and mudroom. The grout by the oven and sink had become black with grime. It came out beyond my expectation. The grout lines look brand new. The entire floor looks like it was just laid down......its 20 years old.....and now looks brand new!
Results were beyond expectations for outdoor patio, which just looked dark and dirty! This was kind of a "bonus" to the intended project, which was kitchen and sunroom tile floors. The indoor results were exactly what I expected, the dirty stained grout came clean. It was not necessary to "re-color" the grout, and many parties recommend against re-coloring grout! In my case, it was unnecessary, cleaning and sealing were perfect! I totally recommend!!!
