Love. Love. Love the program I found it easy to follow and to stay on track It's been about 1-3/4 years and I've been maintaining. Dawn, my coach in Denville is great, encouraging and non judgmental Definitely helps to keep me motivated and on track As long as you can medically do it, go for it I list 38 lbs in about 5 months Harriet

I'm a newer patient here and I absolutely love Dr Jersey and her staff. So friendly, so great I am so happy to have found this practice. I have been looking for a more overall holistic approach to my general health and I've hit the jackpot!

Dr. Jersey has been an integral part of my health and physical well being for almost 14 years. She is extremely intelligent and has a wide breath of knowledge outside of her field. As a former athlete who has lots of aches and one who still is very active, Dr. Jersey's personal treatment plan has kept me out of pain and allowed me to do the things I love. Hiking, biking, skiing....
